Shipping Policy

At INDUR, we're committed to getting your premium hemp t-shirts to you as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping procedures.

Processing Time

We process and ship all orders within 1 business day.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside the United States.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is:

Please note: This is an estimated delivery time and does not include our 1 business day processing time. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

We offer flat rate shipping for all orders:

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $99.60 or more
  • Flat Rate Standard Shipping of $7.95 for orders under $99.60

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey to your door.

Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

  • Use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
  • Visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number
  • Contact us at info@tryindur.com if you need assistance

Order Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@tryindur.com. We will do our best to update your address if the order has not yet been shipped.

Shipping Delays

While we do everything possible to get your order to you on time, please understand that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays or disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing (if applicable)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Holidays or peak shipping periods

INDUR is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify the delivery address matches your order
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
  4. Contact us at info@tryindur.com within 7 days of the delivery date

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, INDUR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend requesting signature confirmation at checkout for high-value orders.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately
  2. Contact us at info@tryindur.com within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Provide your order number and photos of the damage

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery:

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment
  • You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package
  • If the package cannot be redelivered, you may be eligible for a refund minus original shipping costs

Customs and Import Duties

For any international shipments (if we expand internationally in the future), customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and December holidays), shipping carriers experience high volumes. We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery before holidays.

While we will continue to process orders within 1 business day, carrier transit times may be longer than usual during these periods.
