At INDUR, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Refund and Return Policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, exchanges, and our Lifetime Guarantee.
Our Lifetime Guarantee
We're committed to creating products that last. Every INDUR t-shirt is backed by our Lifetime Guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What's Covered
Our Lifetime Guarantee covers:
- Seam failures or stitching defects
- Fabric tears or holes that occur during normal wear (not due to accidents or misuse)
- Manufacturing defects in materials
- Premature fabric deterioration under normal use and care
- Quality issues that arise from proper use of the product
What's NOT Covered
Our Lifetime Guarantee does not cover:
- Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Damage from improper care, including failure to follow washing instructions
- Normal fading or color changes over extended use
- Damage from alterations or modifications made by anyone other than INDUR
- Damage from fire, pet damage, cuts, or intentional destruction
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or resellers
- Normal wear and tear that does not affect the functionality of the product (such as minor pilling)
- Loss or theft of products
How to Claim Your Lifetime Guarantee
If you believe your INDUR product has a defect covered by our Lifetime Guarantee:
- Contact us at info@tryindur.com with your order number
- Provide clear photos showing the defect or damage
- Describe how the damage occurred and when you first noticed it
- Our team will review your claim within 3-5 business days
If your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement product at no charge. You will be responsible for shipping the defective item back to us at the address provided below.
Standard Returns and Exchanges
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided the items meet our return conditions outlined below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in the original packaging (if applicable)
- Not show any signs of wear, washing, or use
We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at info@tryindur.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and confirmation
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided below
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product covered by our guarantee, etc.).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Exchanges
We're happy to facilitate exchanges for different sizes or colors. To request an exchange:
- Contact us at info@tryindur.com with your order number
- Specify which item you'd like to exchange and what you'd like to receive instead
- Ship your original item to the address below at your expense
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll ship your replacement item at no additional cost
Note: You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the original item. We will cover the shipping costs for sending you the replacement item.

Important: Please include your order number inside the package and contact us at info@tryindur.com before shipping so we can track your return.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at info@tryindur.com
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- Include your order number
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no cost, and we will cover the return shipping costs for the damaged item.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during promotional sales may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product page before purchasing.
